Six Core Value-Added Services

All performed in-house at our City of Industry facility — no outsourcing, no delays, no inconsistency.

01

Blueprint Match Sequencing

Veneer panels are cut, numbered and organized in the order they were sliced from the flitch — ensuring a continuous grain match across your entire project.

02

Cut-to-Size & Custom Dimensions

All panels and boards are cut to your exact project dimensions in-house. Standard sheet sizes are the starting point — custom sizes are our standard.

03

Solid Wood Inlays

Decorative solid wood inlays and banding applied to panel faces for architectural detail work — borders, reveals, and pattern insets.

04

Miter Folding

Panels are scored and folded at precise angles to wrap columns, pilasters and corner conditions with a seamless continuous grain — eliminating visible seams.

05

Edge Banding

Matching veneer or solid wood edge banding applied to panel edges — providing a clean, finished appearance on exposed panel edges throughout the installation.

06

Lumber Banding

Solid wood lumber banding applied to door stile and rail perimeters — providing a substrate for field fitting, trimming, and hardware mortising without hitting hollow core.
